Senior, Disabled, and Veteran discounts are available for qualified low income customers who earn a total annual household income up to 225% of the Federally Established Poverty Guidelines (FPL), including income sources of all household members. Annual income is calculated using the previous month’s income multiplied by 12. The Eligibility Table included below captures the maximum annual household income to qualify for a low income discount.
