Requesting an Accommodation

Request for Reasonable Accommodation Form

When possible, the completed Request for Reasonable Accommodation shall be submitted to Benton PUD no later than ten (10) business days before a scheduled event. If this is not possible, every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities. Benton PUD is committed to providing reasonable accommodation unless doing so would result in an undue hardship to Benton PUD.
