Customer Experience Survey
We are committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. By answering a few questions about your recent experience with our team, your insights will influence our decisions and help us enhance future experiences for customers.
In appreciation of helpfully sharing your time and feedback, participants can choose to enter a monthly random drawing for a chance to win a $120 bill credit--equivalent to our average residential bill amount. Terms and Conditions for the random drawing are listed below.
Terms and Conditions
- How to Enter: Complete the above Customer Experience Survey based on your recent interaction with Benton PUD for a chance to win. You must provide the contact information requested in the survey. Contact information provided must match account information on record with Benton PUD. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of verifying eligibility and contacting random drawing winners via email or phone call. No purchase is required to enter.
- Eligibility: Must be a Benton PUD customer with an account in active service at the time of the drawing. Must have had an interaction with Benton PUD in the past 90 days that resulted in a verifiable service order or contact record in our customer information system. A customer is only eligible to receive the bill credit once per year. Benton PUD employees, Commissioners, and their immediate households are not eligible to receive the bill credit.
- Random Drawing: One $120 bill credit will be awarded through a random drawing conducted each month. Winner will be randomly selected from eligible survey responses received during the previous calendar month. Only one entry per person.
- Bill Credit: $120 bill credit can only be applied to an eligible PUD account, which could result in an overall account balance credit. If the eligible account is closed before the bill credit can be fully applied, the recipient forfeits the remaining amount.
- Duration: Ongoing. Benton PUD reserves the right to revise or terminate the survey, requirements, and/or random drawing at any time.
