To start service, please contact Customer Service at (509) 582-2175 in Kennewick or (509) 786-1841 in Prosser or come into one of our offices during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Transfering Service
To transfer service, enroll or login to SmartHub® and go to Contact Us.
Commercial Service
To start service, please complete a Business and Commercial Application and fax it to (509) 582-1295, email to customerservice@bentonpud.org or mail it to the office nearest you.
