Budget Payment Plan

Benton PUD offers an averaged monthly payment program for our residential customers. Your payment plan amount is based on the previous twelve month period and is adjusted bi-annually, based on actual use. You are still responsible for all of the power you use, but pay an averaged amount set for a twelve month period. This program is especially helpful to customers whose monthly bills fluctuate with the weather (i.e. during the air-conditioning and heating seasons). In order to be eligible for the Budget Payment Plan, your account must be at a zero balance.
